International Delivery

Herdor's Incorporated is a United States based company. As a result, orders being shipped to an address outside the United States are considered international. Based on vendor policy and the fragile nature of our products, we are restricted from fulfilling orders being shipped to an address outside of the United States. As a result, we do not service international customers.

Shipping Information

In order to maintain the most cost-effective method for shipping merchandise, Herdor's Incorporated utilizes a variety of shipping companies and does occasionally make changes in the companies we utilize. We currently have a shipping partnership with UPS. All orders received will be shipped within 5 business days from date of order. If we are back logged in manufacturing, you will be notified via email or phone with details regarding additional processing time needed. Typically, the additional processing time for this situation is an additional 5 business days.

The total estimated delivery time from the date of purchase and the associated shipping costs are as follows. Charges for oversized packages may apply.

U.S. Standard Ground - $4.95 per order (estimated)

• 5-15 business days to the 48 Continental United States
• 5-17 business days to Rural Routes within the 48 Continental United States

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are totally satisfied with your purchase... in fact, WE GUARANTEE IT!

The following instructions outline the procedures for processing a return, exchange or refund. Full refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.

1. A copy of your original receipt must accompany any return, exchange or refund.
2. On the copy of your receipt, please provide a detailed explanation regarding the reason for your return, exchange or refund. Please be as specific as possible. Your feedback is used to improve our product knowledge regarding performance, fit and quality of Herdor's Incorporated products.
3. Please state whether you are requesting an EXCHANGE or REFUND. If requesting an exchange, please indicate product details for the item you would like us to send.
4. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
5. Credit will be provided and/or replacement merchandise sent within 72 hours of receipt.

Processing will be as follows:

For refunds, credit will be provided for the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping and handling costs.

Exchanges will be handled on an even exchange basis... you pay the shipping back to us, we pay the shipping and handling for sending the replacement merchandise to you.

If a return is due to an error or manufacturing defect, the initial shipping and return shipping charges will be waived.

Taxes

Sales Tax - Herdor's Incorporated is headquartered in Mokena, IL. As a result, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders being shipped to an address in Illinois for orders shipped to addresses in all other states, the customer is responsible for remitting any applicable sales / use tax to their state of residence.
